Hello,
I bought Avast Ultimate 12/2024 for 1 pc for a period of three years from digitalkeysoftware.com and was asked to contact you directly.
I have a problem during the installation. Avast was already installed on my Windows computer with a key bought on the internet, but it was overused; that’s why I bought it from digitalkeysoftware.com
After entering the license key that was provided to me, it says Sorry, you have used this code too many times.
Could you help me? This is very urgent

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

As far as I’m aware Avast can’t help you with a subscription you purchased from a 3rd party reseller. They can only help with licenses/subscriptions per chased from Avast. It is up to digitalkeysoftware to resolve it and give you a key that is valid.
