I installed Avast 7.0 free today and I tried to install one of the schemes from http://www.avast.com/fun and when I try to install any of the sound schemes into the software I get an error telling me that the download is not a legal software and will not install. I use avast free on other computers on my standalone XP Pro machines and When I installed it using 6.0 free avast the software installed the sound schemes with out a problem! Does anyone know what is going on with this?
Have you downloaded the sound-file or have you executed it directly from the webside?

Can you post a screenshot of that message?
the message says:
Error: This installation Package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows installer Package (1620). I saved the download on a flash drive so I can install it on other machines. I have also ran it from the website and saved download on my hard drive. I still get the same error massage.
I received a error message when installing a language theme (see attachement in german language). But the language theme ist installed correctly.

I turned on the machine that gave me that error code today and the redneck language pack I chose to use is working! The error code must have something to do with the software package not recognizing the setup as a valid windows program but it installs and is used by the software! All is Okay!!
