Please help me!

Over the last two weeks, everyone in my email contact list has been receiving a number of spam mails that are being sent out from my email address.

All contain links or attachments.

Most of my contacts realise that these things haven’t been sent by me, but one stubbornly refuses to believe that I have no knowledge of them. He believes that I’m deliberately trying to wind him up!

I’ve been advised that I should change my email password. I’ve also been advised to change my email provider.

I don’t know WHAT to do…

Any advice would be welcome.

check for malware…

run a quick scan with avast

and a quick scan with this…

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware http://filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
always click the update button before you start a scan
click on the remove selected button to quarantine anything found

post the scan log here
