Spam Folder

Hi all.another quick question ;D…i just installed Avast 5…i am running Microsoft Outlook and i dont see a Spam folder that should appear on my taskbar…any ideas… :wink:

I thought avast has nothing to do with a folder on Outlook :frowning: - any others possibilities?

You don’t say what version of Outlook as they use different locations, in some versions it is the standard junk mail folder.

It should still work, but I believe the older ones send to the junk mail folder, I don’t use Outlook so I’m only recalling what I have seen in another topic.

There doesn’t seem to be the same degree of configuration in avast5 Mail Shield as there was in the 4.8 Outlook/Exchange provider. Unless there are actions that you can set within the avast plug-in in MS Outlook.
