Specific error on Avast Secureline

so I keep encountering this error. It’s not some kind of ‘sorry, it is not possible to establish a connection.’ but when I tried to connect, it kept showing as ‘connecting…’ for like 10 mins. Didn’t seem to find any way out of this so I tried reinstalling Windows(I’m a Windows 10 user) and tried reinstalling Avast Secureline and checked if it worked properly but still getting the same error :cry:
P.S. my license is valid
Any solution suggested would be appreciated!

Eddy, I had tried what you suggested, still no luck. I did a whole Windows reinstallation again and now everything is perfectly fine.
