Specifying File Name for Report File

I am trying to set up a scan by going to ScanComputer->ScanNow->FullSystemScan->Settings. I set the Schedule parameters as desired and now I want to set up the ReportFile parameters. The “File name” parameter shows an asterisk as the default value. What does this mean? How do I get Avast to use whatever filename and path is default? Would that be and “full system scan.txt” in “c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Alwil Software\Avast5\report”?

The asterisk * means that the report will default to the same name as the scan name, e.g. Full System Scan will be called Full System Scan.txt, see image example.
