Hi Avast Team,
Recently I renewed by Avast Premium Security Subscription for 1 year for single Windows device, which you offered me a 50% discount on the list price. I paid money through my Netbanking account.
Sadly due to some problem, money got debited from the account, but I haven’t received confirmation/new license file for the purchase of the license.
I have been chasing Avast Support team for resolution of the same for past 48 hr but no one yet replied. It’s a horrible way of supporting existing customers.
Kindly look into it and help to resolve the issue pls.
