I am receiving a spoofed email from myself, how can this be stopped. I have changed my password twice, it is very strong, but I still get this email. I have looked in the message source and have their IP number. What can I do in lay man’s terms as I don’t know the ins and outs of computers.

spammers harvest mail address and sendt from address can be faked, so it may not have to been harvested from your machine/account it can be from somone you have sendt mail to
