spybouncer.msi\data1.cab\delmod.dll is infected...Error 42111 can't move to ches

Hi,
I have some problems with my OE6 so I did a bootscan on reboot with Avast. It found the above was infected with win32:trojan-gen {other} and It would not move the infection to the chest. It said error 42111

I I searched C Drive for the dll and didn’t come up with anything. Does anyone know a cure for this? I ran HJT and there were no questionable items.

“rogue/suspect” program and recommend its “removal” . Would try doing so
by using the FREE “RogueRemover” from

www.malwarebytes.org/rogueremover.php .

Thanx, I’ll give that a try. I had done another bootscan and it said spyware bouncer was in the restore folder…so I turned off system restore and am now doing a bootscan to see if that removes it. If it does, I’ll run the prog you suggested and see what the results will be

I tried the rogue remover and I still get the same error with avast…any other ideas or suggestions?
