spyware: Virtumonde

My pc is infected with a spy ware named VITRUMONDE, I have ad-aware , spybot both of them are showing problems , after the error is fixed they come back.

I have Avast & I daily download updates but it is not showing any problem. Today I downloaded a cracked spy ware doctor, It shows more errors including some registry problems but when I try to fix problem the PC is Re-booted. Please help!

Downloading cracked applications are likely to bring more than you expected, how do you know it isn’t causing more problems that it resolves. We couldn’t condone the use of cracked programs in the official forums of avast.

What Operating System are you using ?
How do you know it is virtumonde, what found it ?
What is the infected file name, where was it found e.g. (C:\windows\system32\infected-file-name.xxx) ?

If you haven’t already got this software (freeware), download, install, update and run it, preferably in safe mode.

Ewido, a.k.a. avg anti-spyware If using winXP. or a-Squared free if using win98/ME.

Old Spyware Doctor version will conflict and mess avast installation.
It’s not the wiser way to get rid of an infection. Try the antitrojans (free) that David posted.
