Hi guys, have had spywareblaster on pc for about 3 years thought it was ‘god’s gift’ now thanmks to all the recent help, I also have
SuperAntispy (and that is going nowhere)
Spyware Terminator (happy with that so far)
avast (love it)
AVG Antispyware
Adaware
only residents are Spyware terminator ad of course avast… do I really need to keep spywareblaster too???
I would keep it. It uses absolutely no resources unless you’re in the process of updating and it has a great track record.

i have used spyware blaster for a long time since almost it’s beginning as well as mru blaster from the same company and would keep it on your computer as i do on mine…never have had any issue with it at all and its always good for second line of protection

Spywareblaster is a two-sided sword. Right for those with a clean machine to protect if from malware (adware/spyware). Whenever your computer is infested, it is another story, then spywareblaster can make it worse to cleanse your machine (reinstalls what it considers that what should be there, mostly right but not in the case of infestations it missed). I found COMODO BOClean to work fine for me as well.
