Hi,
I updated our domain controller to the latest version of Server Edition on Monday and since then I’ve been getting 2 email alerts every so often saying:
[BFS]: ODBC function SQLConfigDataSource() failed. Error description: Driver’s ConfigDSN, ConfigDriver, or ConfigTranslator failed.
and
[BFS]: ODBC function SQLConfigDataSource() failed. Error description: Could not write to the registry.
This has only started since Monday but previous versions of Server Edition have been running on this server for about 6 months with no issues. Other than these 2 errors it seems to running fine. Any thoughts?
Oh, I also installed the latest version of ADNM on the same server on the same day (upgraded from an early beta) which has since been removed entirely as a possible culprit of a seperate issue. I’ll file a report about that in the ADNM forum if my suspicions prove correct though.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Mike
