Today I noticed a 17 meg file in my root directory called SQL.log

I had a look at it and there are all sorts of references to avast.

Was this file generated by avast? Does it have anything to do with the VRDB process? Do I need to keep it or can I delete it?

Further to my previous post, I just noticed that this file gets larger every time I re-boot. It is now up to 18 meg. How big is this sucker going to get? ???

Hi,
Verify in the control panel, the ODBC source.
There is a trace tab here. The button here should show ‘start trace’, if not, click the button to stop trace.

You have enabled it or some program or tool you are using must did it. avast! does not change it…
