Well, I got it from this site:
hxxp://www.yoyogames.com/games/28697-sonic-smash-bros-3/download

Did a scan on it and found this:

Could be a false positive but I’m not sure. Didn’t find anything good on the web.

most likely a false one seen only two detect it.
