Standard Shield NOT running/available

hi all,

I downloaded setupeng.exe about an hour or two ago, i registered Avast Home, BUT the Standard Shield is somehow missing and not running???

I tried re-installing Avast Home but that didn’t do the trick.

Someone plz help me out … I’ve been using Avast for like 2 years now and it always worked perfectly.

What exactly do you mean by “not runninig”?
Do you see the avast tray icon? Does it have a red x on it?
