Start ADNM licensing from scratch

I have had chronic licensing issues with the ADNM since I installed it six months ago. Right now, I have three workstations that show green, two with yellow keys, and three that are missing altogether even though they are running the software. Short of uninstalling the ADNM and all the clients and reinstalling everything from scratch, how can I start the licensing from scratch? I have a license.dat file that is showing ten Network Client, ten SBS Edition Premium, and ten Professional Edition licenses. I’m just tired of fighting with the thing. I switched from Symantec because it became hopelessly complicated and fragile and I hope Avast isn’t going the same route.

First, can you please check that your license file is inserted on the AMS? (that is, via the AMS Maintenance Tool). If it is, can you please tell me how many licenses it says you have for the “NetClient” product? (or, you can post a screenshot of the dialog [just the lower part so that no one sees your contact details]).
