Start > All Programs > Programs > menus not showing

I upgraded from 4.8 PRO to 5.0 PRO and ever since I did, all the programs in my Start > All Programs > Programs > are not showing.
I uninstalled 5.0 and it’s back to normal, so it’s definately Avast PRO 5.0.
Also when I rebooted the first time, avast.setup was crashing. I proceeded with an additional reboot, but I still get the same crash every time.
I’m on Windows XP x64 Service Pack 2.

Anyone else have this problem?

I don’t know if there is an SP3 update for XP64 bit as there has for XP32bit ?

If so then you should consider updating it as by all accounts, XP extended support for XP SP2 (don’t know if that would apply to XP x64 though) and less will end in July this year, so no more security updates.

Nope, there’s none and there won’t be any. XP x64 is based on Windows 2003.

Nope, there’s none and there won’t be any. XP x64 is based on Windows 2003.
