am new to forum. how do you start new post?. that button is not on any of my forum pages.
Checked with isp. no additional spam blockers on their end and still never get responses from avast.
Since i registered and got no license key what happens when remainig 16 days expire of my initial two months?
does existing program cease functioning?.Can you remove and download program again as i did initially? Avast is a good ant-virus program, but customer support is nonexistant. maybe it’s just an automated system with no actual
people.
thanks for any info recieved concerning this mini-nightmare.

First, this is not a scam, I have seen a few threads where it doesn’t work correctly…

Does the secure page work?

Also what browser are you using?
Chrome has failed to work recently…

It isn’t a scam, I have had avast Home for almost 6 years and never had a problem with registration. Whilst you might not have an anti-spam many ISPs do and they often don’t tell you about deletions, rather than send them to a spam folder that you can check.

Many that have had this problem have re-registered using a different email address (domain not from the domain blocking) from Yahoo or Gmail and receive the email registration without problem.

Try the SSL Registration Page, that Scott gave the link for. Select the My registration key has expired, I need a new one option and complete the form.

I’ve got a registering problem with my firefox last weeks I was trying if it was real that there was 4.9 like you were talking about but it is still 4.8 hehe!
