Hi download the attached fix.txt to your desktop
Run OTL and press Fix

A dialogue will open asking for the location of fix.txt
Browse to the file on your desktop that you downloaded and select it
Press Fix again
After the reboot run the following programme
Download AdwCleaner from here to your desktop
Run AdwCleaner and select Scan

Once the scan has completed press clean
Post the log that is produced

After following your instructions require me to restart adw. By doing only OTL window appears on my desktop, so I give to analyze. And after cleaning. New reset.
I have gone the Chrome browser icon, replaced by My Computer icon. qone8 is here again.

Tras seguir tus instrucciones adw me exige reiniciar. Al hacerlo solo aparece la ventana de OTL en mi escritorio, así que le doy a analizar. Y después a limpiar. Nuevo reinicio.
Me ha desaparecido el icono del navegador Chrome, sustituido por icono Mi Equipo. qone8 sigue ahi otra vez.

Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
[]Right-mouse click JRT.exe and select “Run as Administrator” the tool will open and start scanning your system
