Hello, in the UI, under summary, when clicking on statistics i get the following error msg…
library not registered.
No problems for me and I checked all the shields.
Try an avast! repair.
Control Panel > Programs > Select avast and double tap > A new window will appear > Scroll down and select “Repair” > Reboot.
See if the problem fixes.
i did a repair and did an uninstall and re-install, still with the same issue.
I also have this problem when clicking on the ‘show traffic’ link under any of the real time shields, as well as trace IP, which does not work. Running Avast 6.0.1 on Win7 64 SP1.
I’m not speaking from experience here, just something I recall from some time ago. First to display the Statistics you need to have Flash installed.
If you have it installed, I don’t know if it needs a dll registered in order for it to work, if so you would need to know what that dll was to be able to register it (I don’t know it).
If you have Flash installed (I think you need the IE version installed), then it may be best to uninstall Flash, download the latest version of Flash player and install that. This may well be much quicker than the above.
