- I wouldn’t say getting beaten in a context of avast is bad, there really isn’t that much difference, avast is rated Advanced http://www.av-comparatives.org/seiten/ergebnisse_2006_05.php
- The May Comparitive test in my link above agrees, Norton is Standard rating (getten beattebn by other AVs), not Advanced as avast is. I certainly don’t think Norton is better along with many other happy avast users.
- Keep the faith, I have had avast for over two years, no infections and I’m very happy with it.
Take all results and compare with your own real world experiences.
