Can you please attach a HiJackThis log log and post last avast detection log?

Some similar issues was solved by running these…

report back

Thank you. I was able to run links you provided but I am sort of lost of what to do after i quarantined the virus. I have attached the log from tdss killer because I couldn’t copy and past as it was too big of a file. After I quarantined I still got a message from Avast detecting malicious url.

Follow this guide from our expert malware remover Essexboy, and post the log`s here
http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

To avoid using 20 post with copy and paste you have to attach the log`s
Lower left corner: Additional Options > Attach ( OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt.)

Again thank you and here are the otl logs. the mbam is on my first post.

Essexboy have been notified, you may see him here in 2-3 hours

Great…thanks.

Hi on completion of these runs can you let me know whether the alerts are still there

Run OTL

[*]Under the Custom Scans/Fixes box at the bottom, paste in the following

:OTL O3 - HKCU\..\Toolbar\ShellBrowser: (no name) - {42CDD1BF-3FFB-4238-8AD1-7859DF00B1D6} - No CLSID value found. O3 - HKCU\..\Toolbar\WebBrowser: (no name) - {2318C2B1-4965-11D4-9B18-009027A5CD4F} - No CLSID value found. :Files
ipconfig /flushdns /c

:Commands
[purity]
[resethosts]
[emptytemp]
[EMPTYFLASH]
[CREATERESTOREPOINT]
[Reboot]

[*]Then click the Run Fix button at the top
[*]Let the program run unhindered, reboot the PC when it is done
[*]Open OTL again and click the Quick Scan button. Post the log it produces in your next reply.

THEN

Download ComboFix from one of these locations:

Link 1
Link 2

* IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop

[*]Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools

[*]Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.

[*]As part of it’s process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it’s strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.

[*]Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.

**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will continue it’s malware removal procedures.

Once the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix, you should see the following message:

Click on Yes, to continue scanning for malware.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.

I did everything you said and saved the logs but on the reboot by screen is blue. There is no way for me to log back in. Something went wrong…what do I do now? Thanks in advance. I am on another comp typing this

Can you access the safe mode menu ? If so select the last known good option
