tried 3 different emails
added register@register.avast.com to safe list
tried both SSL and non SSL
why does this forum not have a permanent topic for this?
im getting tempted to switch back to old anti virus…
I don’t have a problem receiving the registration e-mail.
Who is ISP you are using?
the isp won’t matter, since… the emails are not registered with my isp
but gmail, hotmail… any more thoughts?
I do not register with Gmail nor Hotmail but with my ISP email.
Every ISP grants at least one email address.

Try using the SSL Registration Page: https://secure.avast.com/scripts/register.php?lang=ENG and see if that works for you. Some with the same problem have reported this worked for them.
