Still known PHISH, but malware there closed or dead?

See: http://urlquery.net/report.php?id=69682
A known google blacklisted, but it seems malware has been closed or is now dead, as unknown_html_RFI was found once to reside there,
The location line in the header has actually redirected the request to: htxp://www.smartdots.com/
hxtp://www.smartdots.com/register/?LANG=US is mentioned on a list of domain redirections for creating phishing sites…
Part of this site has been reported once because of suspicious activity according to Google Safebrowsing,

The smartdots dot com unknown_html_RFI malware had been active for 1724.1 hours before being without response (dead).
That is quite a long time for malware to be live.
This toggle malware at that same IP: htxp://transtelecom.us.tf/ext/profi.bin survived 759.9 hours of activity before it met the same fate.
