Still no refund after 30 days

I requested a refund 30 days ago because Avast charged me 59.99 euros automatically.

Can anyone help me what to do? I just want my money back.

Try to get in touch with the support via live chat or the email and ask them about it. I’m sure you’ll be able to sort it out.

I can see that you have signed up for several trials before so I believe you might be aware that this charge was for the continuation of your subscription.

I am aware of that but I don’t want to continue my subscription. I’m fairly certain I cancelled my subscription the 28th of september but nothing happened so it seems.
