Hi there, please I need urgent help. I installed Anti Theft on my s4 recently and the phone was stolen within 2 weeks of installation.
I have not turned the “forward sms” option on, but the send text to portal is on. The portal shows the phone as stolen but not lost. Also the portal shows untrusted sim card is present but still showing my previous number as the current sim. I have got a sim change notification email, but the email did not specify the new sim number. The phone now rarely communicate with avast server. My commands are always timing out cos the phone is not online.

Since the avast anti theft is not set to automatically send sms to other number, can the AT detect the new sim number and send it to my email or avast portal? or it’s only via sms that I can know the new number?

Can I turn the “forward sms” option to yes on the avast portal and have it updated on the phone anytime the phone communicates with the avast server? Or can I schedule a command and have it executed while the phone comes online?
Please I need help here cos I want to have my s4 back.
