Stop Avast! notifications

For two days I’ve been getting a pop-up, “Avast! Web Shield has blocked access to this page because the following certificate has been revoked: idvisitor.slate.com

I’ve notified them of the problem, but not received any reply (yet?). I don’t want Avast! to stop blocking the page, but I access Slate Magazine dozens of times a day. I get this pop-up on every page. It seems to be a part of their page template, and I suppose it’s a service they use to target me for advertising. I would like to stop getting the pop-up. Great, Avast! is doing a wonderful job of protecting me, thank you Avast!, but stop bugging me! How do I accomplish this?

The problem should be solved by the site owner.
He is the one that is trying to use a revoked certificate.

In the mean time (not advised), you can add the site to the exclusion list.

Besides that they are using a revoked certificate, there are more issues they should fix:

Thanks. I guess it’s something I’ll have to live with until they do something. I wish I knew how to find out who revoked their certificate and for what reason, but I don’t have so much free time that I’m willing to spend hours digging. I’ve sent them another notification, but I’m not even sure they got the first one. They certainly haven’t done anything about it.

Issuer : Entrust Certification Authority - L1C
Revocation status : Revoked INSECURE

You only had to look at the ssl labs report
