STOP BLOCKING THE HP SMART PRINTER WINDOWS 10 APP

I keep disabling avast and somehow it re-enables itself and blocks my printer every god damn time for the last year.

I can’t believe I paid money for this crap, it’s outright abusive with it’s incessant up selling advertising and shitty interface that buries the controls for fixing the problem under layers of menus

This isn’t the Avast I grew up with a decade ago, it’s garbage

Disabling avast just because one application is not working because thge usser has not setup things correctly is really foolish.

I have to disable the firewall. It never gives me any particular warning or comes up with a message. What the hell kind of antivirus blocks the printer app silently? I don’t even know what port is being blocked or how to unblock a Win 10 universal app that doesn’t have an accessible executable.

Is your Firewall mode set to Private and have you enabled Internet Connection Sharing mode via Settings > Firewall?
