I have the Avast Password manager installed on my IOS device (iphone 6). Where are the passwords stored? Are they stored locally on my device only, or are they stored on an Avast cloud? Reason I ask is I want to understand the vulnerabilities of storing the keys to my digial life on your free app.

passwords are stored locally in a secure encrypted form. Nothing is stored on Avast servers, unless you turn on the Backup & Synchronization feature. In that case, we use end-to-end encryption, so your passwords encrypted locally and stored on our servers without decryption keys, so no-one (even Avast) is able to decrypt them.
