Storebox Connection Issues

Anyone else having issues with Avast Business blocking access of Storebox?
I have installed Swisscom Storebox and for some reason, Avast Business blocks this application from connecting to the cloud server

Things done:

  1. Added the storebox application in the exclusion list:
    a. Settings > Exclusions
    b. Settings > Active Protection > Web Shield > Exclusions > Processes to Exclude
    c. Settings > Active Protection > File System Shield > Exclusions
  2. Searched online for other options/resolutions, to no avail
  3. Some websites/forums provided only solutions for regular Avast AntiVirus and not Business Security

Any help will be appreciated

Not familiar with the product myself, but it’s possible there is a subcomponent of the application that does the legwork and is still somehow blocked, like a service or something. See if you can investigate the logs of Storebox to offer some clues. Would not hurt to contact the vendor for support too. :wink:

Are you using Business standard or premium (with firewall)?
