what is the file: free_av_7.0.1426_2012-6-1_8-45-14.avastconfig ? It is in a root directory.
I guess that would be the avast configuration root directory file ;D
Hello and welcome to the forum!
This are your saved avast settings from the 1. Juni.

Can a saved configuration file be imported to an Avast install on another computer without harm?
One thing that might be a conflict is the excluded paths one has added to the original install.
Yes they are avast configuration settings that you have saved, when you save them you can choose the location to save the file.
You can also change the file name, but personally I wouldn’t as it shows the avast version number and date-time that they were saved. I save them in my Data folder on a different partition not the C:\ drive/partition.
Is it safe to import settings from one machine to another??
I can’t recall if there was something about this in another topic or not. But my guess is if the hard drive locations are the same it should be OK.
That said I don’t know if it would also contain registration information, if so that may well cause an issue.
It doesn’t.
