Strange Dropbox files

I’m using an old notebook with Windows XP Pro SP3. I have not yet installed any antivirus software. I’ve noticed that in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\Maskulo\Local settings\Temp there are two strange files:

dropbox_sqlite_ext.{…}.tmp1almko.dll
dropbox_sqlite_ext.{…}.tmp1almko.lck

I can’t delete them!

Of course I have Dropbox installed on the computer, but I’m sure that I’ve never seen those files because I generally empty very otften that temp folder.

Should I install Avast to check those files?

You can upload both files on virustotal.com to check them.

If already scanned click rescan.
