Strange email worm?

A bunch of people in my outlook email list received a message today that was apparently from me. The subject was simply “Re:” and the subject was:

Try to do something;) h t t p : / / w w w .ihbtcha.com/add3.php?utrucyqat

I received a bunch of reject messages related to email addresses that have not been in my address book for several years, leading me to suspect that the message was not sent from my machine, but rather from somewhere else with an old copy of my address book.

A full scan of my machine turned up nothing suspicious.

Anyone have any more info?

Do you or did you use a web based e-mail (Gmail, Hotmail etc… ) as the probability is that it was hacked online

how do you read your mail…
using your browser (webmail) ? … change your passwords
using a mail client … check computer for infections … when done, change passwords
