I didn’t subscribe to any items, but I lost 2223 yuan.
Did you take out a (time limited) free trial of an Avast product and give them a payment method. After the free trial period ends, if you have not previously cancelled the trial, Avast will take payment for that product. That could be a possible explanation.
Note: I am not a Avast team member, just another user.
I participated, but I canceled the trial and received a cancellation email. Additionally, the trial expiration date and the product cost didn’t match.
