I managed to stop Wsoft and tcpservice2 from reappearing by using Zonealarm Home Edition[it worked now], so i think the problem is cured now. I had 4 hours without a freeze up, so I hope everything’s good

What did you do in ZA home to block these it may help others in the future with a similar problem?
I simply declined the attempt of Svchost to connect to the internet, and i also denied Ntcommlib3’s attempt.
That’s all connections i denied, but i also found the tcpservice2 files and stuff with Zonealarm, which managed to remove them fully.
