Strange report from Actions Center and the firewall

AIS firewall stop to be recognized by the Actions Center (W7).
I’ve followed the instructions here (https://support.avast.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=580).
The repository is consistent. See the screenshots.
What is happening?

Oh, forgot to say that this occur after 6.0.1125 update and Windows patch Tuesday.

Tech, here is something I saved from last year.

  1. Go to Control Panel and run Services

  2. Stop the following services

Security Center
Windows Management Instrumentation

  1. Remove the folder C:Windows\System32\wbem\Repository

  2. reboot
