Starting yesterday, after my machine boots up, I get a notified that a threat has been detected. It reads:
URL: reduled.info/3131/SystemSeeker_14223961798104.dll
Infection: URL: Mal
Process: C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe
No new software or hardware has been added in a few weeks, but this has started in the last 24 hours. I’ve run Avast (both a full scan and a boot time scan) as well as Malwarebytes, and everything comes up clean.
Any thoughts on what this is and how to get rid of it would be appreciated.
