I did manual updated on both avast 8 and avast 9 before posting and reported as being up to date.
Just done another manual update on my avast 9 and now 131011-0 has been released (release time 11/10/2013 18:08:36).
I still didn’t get 131011-0 vps. Manual update says up to date…
Edit: Finally got it throught manual update at 20:05 of cz time
Per my problem, I executed the first vpsupd.exe file that I had downloaded 131009, and that worked. Once I opened up the DSL line, updating started and things seem ok. Also it got rid of all the old stream files from 130326. I’m happy
