Well I’ve seen to many people talk about stupid Comodo, stupid ad, stupid firewall, stupid sandboxies, stupid D+, stupid AV etc etc over and over again that all I’m trying to say.

considering how Comodo treats other security software companies…I wouldn’t feel bad ;D + they really offer many stupid products :smiley: so why mentioning them at all (Comodo)? >>> because many of us have used or are still using their good and serious products: the firewall and def+. All the rest can be ditched, together with Comodo TV ::slight_smile:

I can understand that Logos because Comodo is going to change their CIS software very soon because their not going to offer many stupid products so far fingers cross.

I would have replaced many with few and vice versa :wink: he’s not announcing anything new there, just an unbundled version of V4 called premium …when premium usually means additional and paid features. That’s not the case here so why not call it just “slim” or something…anyway he’s mentioning a 4.1 version, so that should first of all mean a few improvements, badly needed in CIS 4, especially for the sandbox.

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t blame Comodo products as a rule, I’ve been a continuous user of their firewall and HIPS a long time… what I blame is the company policies, including the production of additional bad software, including adware stuff… and honestly, bundled or not I don’t care. A serious company shouldn’t have anything to do with the “ask” toolbar and “hopsurf”.
