A while back I switched email address so I removed my old one from my account, but didn’t realise that my subsciptions were linked to the email address and not the account. So now my account won’t recognise my subsciptions - the app on my laptop recognises it but the website doesn’t. I tried relinking my old email, but it won’t work because apparently it’s linked to another account. I tried logging in with the old email address, but I forgot the password and for some reason my email address hasn’t received any reset emails, even in junk.
My other computer just got factory reset today and doesn’t recognise the subscription despite logging in, so I won’t access any paid benefits on that PC if I can’t get this working.
You don’t understand. My account had my old email on it. I created 2 new email addresses because I was changing email address and added them to my account. Then after adding the new email addresses, I removed the old one, not realising my subscriptions were tied to my old email address. So now my account won’t show me my subsciptions (it tells me I have none), I can’t readd my old email cause it says it’s connected to another account and I can’t login with my old email cause I don’t get any of the forgot password emails. I’m stuck.
