Subject: False Positive Request: Domain www.mcveicolicommerciali.it blocked by Web Shield (ERR_CONNECTION_RESET)

Hello AVG / Avast Threat Labs Team,

I am writing to request an urgent review for a false positive detection affecting our official commercial website:

  • Domain / URL: [https://www.mcveicolicommerciali.it](https://www.mcveicolicommerciali.it)

  • Server IP: 89.46.108.72 (Aruba Infrastructure)

  • Error Triggered: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET (caused by Web Shield dropping the TLS/HTTPS connection on port 443)

Technical Analysis & Verification:

  1. SSL / TLS Configuration: The domain has been tested via Qualys SSL Labs and scored an A Grade on both IPv4 and IPv6, confirming a clean, fully valid certificate chain and no server-side SSL misconfigurations.

  2. VirusTotal & Sucuri Status: Scanned across 90+ security engines and clean across virtually all major vendors. The site contains no malware, injection scripts, or phishing content.

  3. Local Confirmation: Access is fully restored the exact moment AVG/Avast Web Shield is paused.

This block is preventing our legitimate corporate clients and customers from accessing our service platform.

Could you please re-evaluate [https://www.mcveicolicommerciali.it](https://www.mcveicolicommerciali.it) and whitelist the domain/IP in your global Threat Labs database?

Thank you for your prompt support,

Zeus Computer

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

New location to report both a False Positive and or a False Negative (for File or URL)

Low number of hits on VirusTotal for the site, 3/92 but many are unrated.

I will try and draw some Avast Team input into this matter.
