Submit Virus does NOT work

Our company bought a two year Avast license for our 1500 servers. But we keep getting emails with infected doc files which Avast does NOT recognize for months. The same files are recognized by other virus scanners (virusscan.jotti.org). I have been trying to submit these virus files to Avast but could not reach anyone. This is what I tried:

I sent virus files via email to submit@virus.avast.com but got the following response: “Your email was deleted, if you need to contact us please use web form …” (https://www.avast.com/de-de/faq.php?article=AVKB258).

I tried to submit the virus files via browser but got the response “Login was unsuccessful!” (https://www.avast.com/contacts).
I selected “I forgot my password?” and got the message: “You must be logged in to access this page” (https://avastsoftware.freshdesk.com/support/home).
I selected “Sign up” and got to a website with a huge search bar and the text “404”. (https://support.avast.com/support/signup).

I wrote a mail to our sales contact hudek@avast.com on 2016-02-10 but did not get any answer.

I submitted a request to the enterprise support but got the message “Anonymous requester email: is invalid” (https://support.business.avast.com/hc/en-us/requests).

Cannot speak for the other issues, but the submit@virus.avast.com bug has been already resolved a couple of weeks ago - could you try it again?
