I want to submit a ticket in support … the allready shown @-sign where i need to input my e-mail adress won’t let itself move …
Logging in won’t go because of this.
Hope someone from Alwil will read this post … it’s hard to ask for help if support is not functioning ???

This is ok, just put your email address to the right of it and it will work.
I have tried it and it works
It is just an image, not an actual @
