I renewed my subscription to Avast Premium Security for three years, but Avast keeps trying to charge my credit card, which fortunately I haven’t reloaded. I received the activation code by paying with the old credit card. What should I do?

Or Sales change order details wrong email address given, etc. I think this may be closest to your problem.
Start here:
- Contact Avast Support
- Select Account and Billing - Account Help
- From the drop down Select Reason > if applicable and or click the Get Support button.
- This should give the option of Phone or Chat.

Got the same problem on all my computers.
i contact avast support but they haven’t any response for me.
here is a solution to solve this:
- uninstall Avast
- install Avast from your account
- register Avast with your key
