Subscription and cancellation issue and not finding in my account

i have unknowingly been charged for another year of avast software and when this happened to me 2 years ago i has cancelled my subscription so it would not auto renew, but last month i recieved another charge for avast software and i logged into my account to check but there is nothing in my order history nor in my subscription page. i logged in using my email that i signed up with but the laptop im using now isnt the original one i had my subscription on.

contacting avast has been hard cause its a US number and i dont live in the states. The support page cant not process my cancellation nor refund unless i can go to my order history or subscription page

i dont know what to do

Hey i have already tried contacting them unsuccessfully the product i have been auto recharged for doesnt even work so i cant change anything in my account myself

I have been trying unsucessfully for the past month to unsubscibe. Still got my accounts renewed after trying to unsubcribe. Angry is an understatement

Its another legal scam. Try to cancel and you get more “offers” to get your money. I have been trying to cancel my subscription but the “link” does not exist.
