I just purchased the secure line VPN on my laptop and my iPhone and I’m having trouble with both. On my phone, when I enter the product key that was given to me when I purchased the licence through the AVAST website, it says that the "device could not restore the subscription successfully. And on my laptop, I open the licence file, which says that it was successfully inserted, but then my AVAST says that my VPN licence has expired please renew. I hit the renew button and nothing happens. All this in the last 30 min of my purchase.
Please help
