Subscription disappeared, doesn't accept licence

Since there was a system restore, my avast says my subscription has ended, though i just put in a new licence and i had over 300 days left.

I try to put int he same licence (he accepted before), but he does not accept my licence.
he says attempt to load a program with an incorrect format.
What can i do to have protected system again.

Maybe i can find an activationcode in the licence and use it to activate? I don’t know, i have not much knowlegde of this.

  1. Download avast! Pro Antivirus: http://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_pro_antivirus_setup.exe
  2. Follow instructions: http://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed avast! versions…!!)
  3. Reinstall avast! with the downloaded installer from point 1.
  4. Reboot.

I do have avast 9 now, which i do not want, but i guess i have no choice.
