Avast appear to have taken the wrong payment from my bank account. I was advised that I would be charged £29.99 for one years subscription in their email of 31/12/2016, which referred to an original Order Number but I was today advised that they had taken £39.99 from my bank account ( quoting a new Order No.). Does anyone know how I contact the relevant Department within Avast to request a refund of this £10 over payment?
