The unsubscribe button doesn’t work, and all the different subscription options are just in one long page, when it looks like it’s supposed to be divided into tabs. I haven’t been able to cancel my subscription. I contacted support on Monday, and they assured me that auto-renewal was cancelled already, but today I was charged anyway. I can’t even get a refund since that’s on the same broken page. Please fix this.

Several people on the forum are weary of clicking 3rd party web links to view photos.
https://subscriptions.avast.com/ says I have no licenses, even though I do. All the emails I’ve received about my subscription linked to this subscription portal as the way to manage my subscriptions, and it’s also the page that’s linked in the FAQ here for people using Digital River payments. I have contacted support twice, and received a refund, but since support informed me once before that my subscription wasn’t set up to auto-renew and then it did anyway, I’d really like to be able to check for myself.
