I have just signed up for Avast Silver but noticed that the subscriptional renewal date is 25 September and I thought I’d signed up for a year. I can’t find any way to talk to someone about this. Any advice welcome.
I have just signed up for Silver having used the free version for some time. However, I thought I’d signed up for a year but the info on my account says the next payment will be taken in September. I’ve been going round in circles trying to sort this but can’t find a way to get an answer. In the end I decided to ask for a refund but then you get stuck on a box suggesting a chat but the chat doesn’t work. I’m getting very cross.
